Jeff Kimble, Founder, Co-owner and CEO Jeff’s 20-year career in design and creative management has been marked by continual innovation, regularly punctuated by both client and industry recognition. Jeff’s work has earned him the prestigious New York Art Directors Club Award of Merit and Addy® awards too numerous to count. Jeff is a past member of the Advertising Club of Toledo's Board of Governors and the youngest recipient of its Silver Medal Award for lifetime achievement. His work has been featured in Print, Communications Arts and Graphis magazines. Jeff is currently a member of the Brand Design Association. Debra Monagan, Co-owner, President Debbie’s marketing expertise comes from more than 16 years of hands-on account management, strategic planning, marketing, advertising, public relations and events planning. An alumna of the University of Toledo, Debbie currently serves on the University’s Business Advisory Council, and she is on the board of NW Ohio Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. She is a past president of the Advertising Club of Toledo and the recipient of its 1997 Silver Medal Award for lifetime achievement. William Grindle, President - Columbus Region William E. Grindle, President, Columbus Region With over 15 years of marketing, market research, sales and advertising management, Bill brings a diverse strategic marketing background to Communica. Bill has worked in strategic brand management in the pharmaceutical, consumer products, athletic products and building industries. He has extensive experience in brand strategy and development, market research and analysis as well as new product development. As a brand strategist for Eli Lilly and Company, he was responsible for the development and alignment of all marketing messages for the brand with annual sales in excess of $3 billion. Alignment involved brand equity and other market research testing across multiple sales channels and several communication mediums. In addition to his experience with Eli Lilly, Bill has worked for The Dial Corporation and Chiquita Brands and has provided strategic consulting services to John Wiley & Sons, a major international publisher. Jim Rush, Senior Vice President Jim’s 12 years in marketing, advertising, and design include five years as project manager for the San Diego Reader, one of the nation's top news-weeklies. There, he played an instrumental role in executing a total re-design of the publication, and was awarded a coveted SANDI award for his efforts. Today, with marketing communications experience from high technology to building products to healthcare, Jim helps clients maximize their advertising and marketing investment. He is a graduate of La Jolla Academy of Advertising and Arts in La Jolla, CA. Joe Minnick, Vice President Marketing/Media Services Joe’s 25-plus years of marketing communications experience includes a concentration in advertising, media planning and buying. He has guided the strategic direction and management of such industry leaders as Sauder Woodworking, Owens Corning, Dana, Valvoline, McDonald’s, St. Vincent Medical Center, Flower Hospital, Lourdes College, Bowling Green State University, and AP Parts—just to name a few. Pat Pencheff, VP Creative Director, Director Brand Strategy Pat brings 17 years of brand and creative management to the team. She is the author of Communica’s strategic planning process and brand planning client workshops and has extensive experience translating brand positioning into compelling creative execution. Pat has directed the big picture creative strategy for a broad range of accounts resulting in a keen understanding of the power of integrated multi-media programs. She has extensive experience shaping creative strategy and implementation for both business to consumer and business to business accounts. Her work has garnered a Clio, numerous Telly Awards, Regional Addy Awards, The New York Festivals Midas Award, the National Sappi Award and numerous others and has been published in Print magazine.
